At the heart of each chapter are the monthly meetings of Neighborhood Groups.  A chapter usually consists of many Neighborhood Groups that meet at different locations and times to fulfill the needs of the chapter members.  Local groups provide an informal opportunity for "hands-on" sewing experiences, give friendly support, and a place to meet other guild members to share sewing ideas and information.  Members may attend as many Neighborhood Group meetings as they wish.
